How to Claim a Replacement:
To be eligible, please email us at support@zentrowa.com within 48 hours of delivery with the following:
Mandatory Unboxing Video: A continuous, unedited video starting from the sealed outer courier bag.
Product Photos: Clear images of the defect or the incorrect item received.
Requests without a valid unboxing video will strictly not be entertained to prevent fraudulent claims.
Care & Maintenance
To keep your premium streetwear in top condition and ensure the DTF print stays vibrant, always wash the t-shirt inside out in cold water with a mild detergent. Avoid using bleach, fabric softeners, or dry cleaning. For best results, hang dry your garment in the shade and never use a tumble dryer, as high heat can damage the print. Most importantly, never iron directly over the artwork; if needed, iron on a low heat setting with the garment turned inside out. Following these steps will prevent cracking and keep your 'Aggressive' designs looking fresh for years.
