Order Cancellation Policy

At Zentrowa, we aim to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Please review our cancellation terms below:

Cancellation Window: You may request to cancel your order within 2 hours of placement.

The "Processed" Condition: Notwithstanding the 2-hour window, cancellations will NOT be accepted if the order has already entered the production or printing phase. Since each product is custom-printed specifically for you, once the printing process begins, the resources are committed and cannot be reversed.

How to Cancel: To request a cancellation, please email us immediately at support@zentrowa.com with your Order Number in the subject line.

Refunds on Cancellation: If your cancellation is approved (within the 2-hour window and before production), the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
