Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Zentrowa, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. Since we operate on a Print-on-Demand (POD) model, every product is custom-made, printed, and crafted specifically for your order. This allows us to offer unique designs but also means we have a specific policy regarding returns and exchanges.

1. Size Confirmation & Fit
Size Responsibility: We provide a comprehensive Size & Charts page for every product category. It is the customer's responsibility to check their measurements before placing an order.
No Size Exchanges: Due to the personalized nature of our production, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size-related issues. We do not maintain inventory for exchanges as each piece is printed on demand.

2. Damaged or Defective Products
Replacement Guarantee: We offer a 100% Free Replacement if the product you received has a manufacturing defect, print error, or is the wrong item altogether.

Reporting Window: Any such issues must be reported to our support team at support@zentrowa.com within 48 hours of the delivery date.

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To ensure transparency and prevent fraudulent claims, a Mandatory Unboxing Video is required for all replacement requests.

*The video must be continuous and unedited.
*It must clearly show the shipping label and the sealed outer package before opening.
*The defect or damage must be clearly visible in the video.

Failure to provide a valid unboxing video will result in the immediate rejection of the claim.

4. Return Shipping & RTO
Return to Origin (RTO): In case a delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable, the package will be returned to our office in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
Reshipping Charges: If the customer requests reshipping for an RTO order, additional shipping charges will apply.
